︎︎︎ Shady Lace

Lace parasol that casts shadows of branches and leaves as if under a tree. Commissioned by Lille 2004, Cultural capital of Europe in collaboration with Droog, this parasol was developed together with the lace industries around Lille. It was intended to provide the visitors of the festival with a new kind of shade.
