︎︎︎ Seam 

A special kind of woven polypropylene is tailored to become a bag in the shape of chair and a bench. Those bags are then filled with sand and put in the oven under high pressure. After some baking the sand is taken out, leaving a hollow, super strong polypropylene structure. Even the seams are polypropylene yarn. This process also allows for high-end recycling.
